We had a new computers installed into 4 of our surgeries and reception area - we are a busy NHS & Private dental practice & Steve was so quick & flexible with moving them over with no disruption to the practice. We have recently undergone a renovation within the practice and needed our computers moved into the new reception area, again Steve was beyond helpful & again, there was no disruption to our working areas.

Steve and Bryan are always on hand to help, from the simplest little issues, scheduled maintenance and updates all the way through to more complex, time consuming problems. Steve has recently helped me recover significant amounts of data, files and most specifically, extremely "valuable" photographs that I thought were lost. They were spread over two old laptops and an external hard drive. James has done a fantastic job with us and managing our account. We always get a fast response and he’s managed to sort all of our issues and answer or questions. The setup was handled really well and meant as little disruption for us as possible
James has gone the extra mile for our company today. What was a frustrating gremlin in a file naming with Adobe PDF, James was able to use his programming skills and experience to work out what the issue was. Whats really impressive is he did not give up, he thought over the problem and tried to reach a solution. He did this over his luncthime - very impressive and great service as has always been the case, from Control IT Solutions.
